Notice what happens to the gap between the two columns on the right. At a $1 stake, the difference between the best and worst configured return is about $8.80 across a thousand rounds, which is background noise. At the $100 ceiling it is $880, which is not. The higher you bet, the more it is worth finding out which end of the band your casino runs, and the more a small percentage turns into a number you would actually notice.
