What a staking plan can and cannot do
A staking plan decides how much of your money is exposed and when you walk away from the screen. It does not touch the odds. Tower Rush runs at a return to player of 96.12% to 97.00% depending on the configuration the casino chose, which leaves the casino a built-in advantage of roughly three to four per cent. No sequence of bets, however clever it looks written down, moves that number by a fraction of a point.
What a plan genuinely changes is variance and behaviour. It determines how many rounds your balance survives, it stops one bad sequence from turning into a much worse one, and it gives you something to fall back on at the moment the crane is swinging. That moment matters here more than in most games, because Tower Rush has no auto cash-out at all: every round ends with a manual decision made under mild pressure, and decisions like that go badly when they are improvised.
A plan worth the name answers five questions before the session opens:
- How much money is in play tonight, treating all of it as money you are prepared to lose.
- What one unit is worth, either as a fixed sum or as a share of the balance.
- Which multiplier you intend to collect at, so the hand reaches for the button on schedule rather than on impulse.
- The loss level that ends the session regardless of how the last few rounds felt.
- The profit level that also ends the session, which is the harder of the two to honour.
Write the five answers down somewhere you can see them, then rehearse the whole thing in the demo, which runs the same mechanics on virtual credits. A plan that falls apart on play money will not survive contact with a real balance.
Flat, percentage and progression staking compared
Broadly, the ways people size bets in a crash-style game fall into five families, and they differ only in how the stake reacts to the previous result. None of them is a system in the sense the word is usually sold; each is a different trade between how long the balance lasts and how sharply the swings arrive.
Read the table as a description of risk behaviour rather than a ranking. The column that matters most is the third one, because every approach has a specific way of going wrong, and knowing that in advance is most of the benefit of picking one at all.

The negative progression row deserves the arithmetic spelled out, because doubling after a loss is the idea that survives longest in forum threads. Start at $1 and double each time you lose: the eighth bet in that sequence is $128, which the game will not accept because the stake ceiling is $100, and reaching it has already cost $127. The sequence does not fail because of bad luck, it fails because the table has an upper bound and your balance has one too. Any plan that only works if you can keep doubling forever is not a plan.
